Hands of Care & Hope is a faith- based organization that reaches out to marginalised people in
the three slum areas of Madoya, Korogocho, and Huruma on the outskirts of Nairobi. Its main
aim through its activities is to help people to come out of the chronic cycle of poverty, through
education, empowerment and motivation.
... At the end of the year even though there were challenges due to Covid 19. We managed to do the
following; engage our learners, planted flowers and trees in Mother Kevin community school,
opened school for grade 4 and 8 and contained the infection of Covid 19 since none of our
learners and staffs were infected. Some staffs went through zoom training on Covid 19 and
Human Rights Advocacy.
